1.What is the different between POY,DTY,and FDY?

POY(Pre-Oriented Yarn) is obtained after PET is melted,stretched,the main characteristics is that it is a  that has not been fully stretched, so it can be easily stretched and the fibers are flat and straight, without network knots and looseness

DTY (Draw Texturing Yarn)is made of POY that is stretched, heated, twisted and shaped, and it finally becomes DTY with different stretch properties

FDY(Fully Drawn Yarn) is made of POY that is further stretched, heated, shaped.the main characteristics is that It has  been fully stretched and can be directly used in fabric process

2.What is the advantages of polyester DTY?

3.What is the DTY network filament? 

The network filament is a filament in the network nozzle, through the action of jet air, the monofilaments intertwine with each other and form periodic network knots.it can generally be divided into NIM(Slight-intermingled)and HIM((High-intermingled). Network processing is mainly used in the processing of filament. The low-elastic network yarn manufactured by combining network technology with DTY technology has not only the fluffiness and good elasticity of deformed filament, but also many periodic network knots, which improves the tightness of filament, saves several processes of textile processing, and improves the ability of filament bundle passing through water jet loom

4.What is the different between NIM,SIM and HIM?

NIM(Non-intermingled)means that having no knots.

SIM(Slight-intermingled) and HIM((High-intermingled)mean that all have knots But the main difference between two is that the magnitude of the pressure at the knots,if the magnitude of the pressure at the knots is greater,DTY filament is hard to spread out when we pull yarn very hard by hand

5.What is the different between 1H and 2H?

1H is one heater,2H is two heater,In the process of texturing POY into DTY,if the texturing machine use the two heater,the DTY yarn is called low elastic yarn,On the contrary,Passing through one heater,it is called high elastic yarn
