Polyester POY yarn  is a type of polyester yarn that has been partially stretched during the pet spinning process. This gives the yarn a high degree of orientation and strength. The yarn is typically made by melting polyester chips, extruding them through spinnerets to form filaments, and then stretching and winding them onto bobbins. POY yarn can be further processed into different types of polyester yarn, such as FDY yarn (Fully Drawn Yarn) and DTY yarn (Drawn Textured Yarn).
